Scope of Services

I am not currently a licensed psychologist or mental health provider. All services offered are non-clinical in nature and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any coaching or consulting services provided are designed to support development and growth, not to provide psychological treatment or clinical supervision.

Licensure & Certification Support

Licensure and certification services are provided to support clinicians with organizing, completing, and submitting applications across multiple states and regulatory bodies. While I offer hands-on assistance—including document preparation, portal navigation, and submission support—the final responsibility for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility remains with the client.

I will provide guidance based on the most current publicly available information, but I do not make determinations about legal eligibility or guarantee approval from licensing boards or agencies. Each board reserves the right to request additional information, change requirements, or deny applications for reasons outside of my control.

PSYPACT and Regulatory Guidance

Support related to PSYPACT and interstate licensure is based on the most current publicly available information at the time of service. However, regulations and requirements may change without notice. Clients are encouraged to verify all information and direct specific questions to the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB), the PSYPACT Commission, and relevant state boards.

Photography Services

Photography sessions are artistic and professional in nature. I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Session times, delivery schedules, and editing processes will vary.

No Guarantee of Results

While I strive to provide high-quality, tailored support, results may vary depending on a variety of factors, including personal effort, state board requirements, and external timelines. No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes (e.g., licensure approval, business growth, client acquisition, etc.).

Confidentiality & Communication

All client information shared with me will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. I will never sell, share, or misuse your information.

Legal & Financial Responsibility

All services are provided under independent contractor terms. Clients are financially responsible for services rendered, and no refunds will be issued once services have been initiated unless otherwise stated in writing. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
